Speaker Bio:

Susanna (Zan) Barry is a Senior Program Manager in Community Wellness at MIT Medical. Her student health programs at MIT include mindfulness and stress reduction, sleep health, eating concerns, and making health changes that stick. She has certifications in yoga, health coaching, and sleep education. She has two master’s degrees in education and psychology and is a doctoral student in clinical psychology.
